Kahlua Eggnog Mudslide Cocktail



Ingredients

1 cup Eggnog
1 oz Coconut Rum
1 oz Kahlua
Whip Cream optional
1 dash Cinnamon optional


Instructions


  • Combine eggnog, coconut rum, Kahlua, and stir together.
  • Pour into serving glass and add whip cream and cinnamon to garnish.

Perfectly Fluffy Vegan Biscuits

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 6 tablespoons Earth Balance (vegan margarine), cut into  medium sized pieces 3/4 cup non-dairy milk Directions: Preheat your oven to 400. In a medium bowl combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.  With your fingers or a pastry cutter cut in the Earth Balance pieces until they are the size of peas. Take 1 tablespoon of milk out of the 3/4 cup and set it aside. Pour the rest of the milk over the flour and stir gently with a spatula until it comes together. Pour the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times until it's not super sticky. Pat it out gently to 1" thick. Fold the dough over itself and pat it out to 1" thick again. Ingredients PASTA 1 pound ziti pasta 4 cups marinara sauce 2 cups alfredo sauce 1/2 cup ricotta cheese 1/2 cup Fontina cheese shredded TOPPING 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs 1/4 cup romano cheese grated 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated 2 cloves garlic minced Instructions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook the pasta one minute shy of the directions on the box and drain. In a large metal bowl add the pasta, marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese and fontina cheese and mix well. Add to a large oven safe skillet or 9x13 pan. Mix the mozzarella, panko, romano, parmesan and garlic together and add the topping over the pasta.
